Did some more digging. She had a scene with that actor in Filthy Fuckers 2 but it's a different scene. This is from another Johnny Rebel movie called "Swingers 2". She is credited as "Louise", but I know Tammie Lee if I see her.
the actress is definitely british hottie Tammie Lee, but I wish I knew what movie this came from because I'd imagine the other scenes from it are just as hot.
