to skinnygirlsftw : Quit playing a victim. No one can save you from you, but you. Find something that works for you... that means trying something you have never tried before. Step outside of your comfortable places. Ask someone you admire/respect for help, or even just to have a talk. When the pain of remaining the same becomes greater than the fear of change, surely we will change. Heard that at treatment center

You make me smile! I love that you made this video. And you are exactly right. You have to change your thinking. Turn your negatives into positive. Be thankful for the difficult time and the good time. When someone gets to their bottom and get desperate enough, they will seek help. Whether it's from a professional therapist, a counselor at a treatment center, a fellow inmate in jail or prison, from God, or a wonderful person such as yourself. You owe NO apologies to anyone. It's their choice to find this video as a slap in the face and it's their choice to choose to be happy and greatful. Every tough situation is an opportunity to grow. Thank you for this video as well as all of your very sexy other videos.

I love your positive, affirming message of acceptance and consolation to those in debilitating pain. You may be a real "Prophetess of Love" or Saint of Sex. That said, many factors go into depression. Mine was triggered by stressful life events and chemical imbalances in the neurotransmitters to which I was genetically predisposed. I was in a relationship with an older woman, but even the love and sex she provided could not pull me out of that biochemical tailspin. The only thing that saved me were SSRIs for which I am eternally grateful. The holidays can be especially stressful if our lives don't resemble the idealizations we see on television. Once they're over I breathe a sigh of relief and think to myself "There's a Holiday Season that'll never bother anybody again!"
